The Premier T.I. Conclave No. 1 is the oldest unit of the Masonic and Military Order of the Red Cross of Constantine in its modern form. It is currently part of the Metropolitan Division (London).

Title “T.I.”: The designation “T.I.” stands for Time Immemorial, a status often granted to Masonic bodies that existed (or claim to have existed) before the formation of their current central governing authority.

Establishment (1865): The Conclave was formed in 1865 by Robert Wentworth Little, a prominent Masonic official who revived the Order from older, less organized traditions.
The First Conclaves: Upon the formation of the Grand Imperial Conclave (the Order’s governing body) in London, the Premier Conclave and Plantagenet Conclave No. 2 were the first two chartered units.

Pre-1865 Roots: While the modern Conclave dates to 1865, the Order’s rituals trace back to approximately 1780 in the United Kingdom, specifically under Charles Shirreff, and were later reorganized in 1804.
